B29 Streatery is a new project from Dustan Bristol of Brick 29 Bistro. We are a fully mobile kitchen with the ability to cater festivals, private parties or offer a la carte service on site. Our menu is fluid and designed to be custom tailored to each individual event.
B29 represents a change in food culture by offering local ingredients and white tablecloth quality cuisine from a street food format. We are in the process of changing people’s minds about trucks in the Treasure Valley one Patty Melt or Grilled Cheese at a time.
The truck itself is a 2003 Freightliner fully loaded to prepare whatever you desire. We have the cooking equipment and capacity of a restaurant all in a neat, tidy (and large) package.
