Off site catering is available within a 30 mile radius. Consideration will be given to large events outside a 30 mile radius. Charges for off Site catering are as follows:

• Silverware $1.30/ set (knife, fork & spoon)
• Cake forks $0.45/ea
• Steak knife $0.50/ea
• Clear plastic cups $3.00/set of 10
• Water glasses $0.65/ea

• Coffee pot $30/100 cup capacity rental
• Soup tureen $21 rental

BAR SERVICE
1 Bartender is required per 50 people for a non hosted bar, 2 bartenders for every 50 people on hosted bar events. Bar Service to include disposable cups. Glassware is available at additional cost per item.
• NO HOST BAR plus BARTENDER $150 minimum 4 hours, $25 hour after
• HOSTED BAR plus BARTENDER $150 minimum 4 hours, $25 hour after

STAFFING
If Gratuity does not cover the cost of labor, labor will be charged at the rates below. 1 server is required per 25 people for Buffet Service. 2 servers are required per 25 people for Plated Service.
• SERVERS $100 minimum 4 hours, $20 hour after

DELIVERY/DROP OFF/SET UP-SERVICE
Delivery and Drop off service is available within a 10 mile radius. Drop off Service does not include: Dinner Plates, Napkins, or Silverware and set up fee does not include pick up of rentals.
• DELIVERY/DROP-OFF/SET UP FEE $50 (10 mile radius)
(Consideration will be given to events outside a 10 mile radius)
• PICK UP FEE $50 (10 mile radius)
(Items can be returned to the restaurant the following day, without charge)
